By knowingly navigating our website, interacting with our digital Facebook and Instagram Lead Advertisements, or submitting your contact information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be unconditionally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these stipulations, you must immediately cease usage of our forms and systems.

1. Purpose of Our Platform

Propnmore operates as an expert liaison framework designed to securely connect prospective luxury homebuyers with relevant architectural project details (such as Azalea by BKR Lifespaces). We facilitate information exchange, secure digital brochure downloads, and site visit scheduling exclusively for intended property inquiries.

2. Explicit User Consent (DNC Override)

Digital real estate requires rapid, direct communication. By voluntarily providing your telephone number and email address into our automated forms, you are granting Propnmore and its authorized real estate associates absolute, explicit consent to contact you. This contact may occur via direct phone calls, SMS messaging, WhatsApp, and email specifically regarding the luxury property configurations you expressed interest in.

Important Disclaimer: This explicit digital consent legally overrides any previous registration on national "Do Not Call" (DNC) or "Do Not Disturb" (DND) registries for the duration of our engagement.

3. Fair Usage & Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and authentic contact information. Submitting fraudulent details, utilizing automated spam bots to abuse our webhooks, or intentionally attempting to breach our CRM API endpoints is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent blacklisting from our networks.

4. Platform Integrations (Meta API)

Our advertising systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools heavily rely on secure API interfaces provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Graph API & Webhooks). We execute these operations in absolute compliance with Meta's official Developer Policies. Propnmore only extracts the minimal viable data fields necessary for lead processing and does not exploit these connections for data-harvesting or malicious surveillance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Propnmore, its developers, and affiliated real estate operators shall under no circumstances be held legally or financially liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our digital platforms, the temporary unavailability of our CRM webhooks, or the final results of any real estate transactions initiated through our leads system. All property pricing, availability, and architectural details shared are ultimately at the discretion of the respective developers.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms, and your enduring relationship with Propnmore, shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any digital or physical disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the registered courts overseeing our operations.
